베드로가 예수 그리스도의 재림을 미리 알려준 두 가지 목적!

(베드로후서 3:10-18)

 

1.갈등찾기/ 주의 날은 어떻게 옵니까?

(벧후 3:10a) 그러나 주의 날이 도둑 같이 오리니 …

But the day of the Lord will come like a thief.

 

예수 그리스도의 재림 때는 어떤 모습일까요? 예수 그리스도께서 재림 하실 때의 모습은 모든 것이 풀어집니다. 물질도, 하늘도 뜨거운 불에 풀어집니다. 여기서 ‘풀어지다’라는 단어의 뜻은 영어로 destroy, destruction을 의미합니다. 모든 것이 무너집니다. 하나님의 날을 크리스천으로서 어떻게 맞이해야 할까요? 바라보고, 간절히 사모해야 합니다.

 

(질문) 예수 그리스도가 재림 하실 때 모습은 어떠합니까?

1)모든 것이 ( 무너 ) 지고, 모든 일이 ( 드러 ) 납니다.

(벧후 3:10b-12) … 그 날에는 하늘이 큰 소리로 떠나가고 물질이 뜨거운 불에 풀어지고 땅과 그 중에 있는 모든 일이 드러나리로다 이 모든 것이 이렇게 풀어지리니 너희가 어떠한 사람이 되어야 마땅하냐 거룩한 행실과 경건함으로 하나님의 날이 임하기를 바라보고 간절히 사모하라 그 날에 하늘이 불에 타서 풀어지고 물질이 뜨거운 불에 녹아지려니와 

The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.

 

(질문) 하나님의 날을 우리는 어떻게 맞이해야 합니까?

2)하나님의 날이 임하기를 ( 바라 ) 보고 간절히 ( 사모 ) 해야 합니다.

2.갈등분석/ 하나님의 날을 어떻게 바라보고 간절히 사모해야 합니까?

 

하나님의 날을 어떻게 바라보고 간절히 사모헤야 합니까? 거룩한 행실과 경건함으로 바라보고 사모해야 합니다. 그리고 주의 약속을 따라 의가 있는 곳인 새 하늘과 새 땅을 바라보아야 합니다. 그리고 주 앞에서 점도 없고 흠도 없이 평강 가운데서 나타나기를 힘써야 합니다.

 

가)( 거룩한 ) 행실과 경건함으로 바라보고 사모해야 합니다.

(벧후 3:11-12) 이 모든 것이 이렇게 풀어지리니 너희가 어떠한 사람이 되어야 마땅하냐 거룩한 행실과 경건함으로 하나님의 날이 임하기를 바라보고 간절히 사모하라 그 날에 하늘이 불에 타서 풀어지고 물질이 뜨거운 불에 녹아지려니와

나)주의 ( 약속 )을 따라 의가 있는 곳인 새 하늘과 새 땅을 바라보아야 합니다.

(벧후 3:13) 우리는 그의 약속대로 의가 있는 곳인 새 하늘과 새 땅을 바라보도다 

But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness.

 

다)주 앞에서 ( 점 )도 없고 ( 흠 )도 없이 평강 가운데서 나타나기를 힘써야 합니다.

(벧후 3:14) 그러므로 사랑하는 자들아 너희가 이것을 바라보나니 주 앞에서 점도 없고 흠도 없이 평강 가운데서 나타나기를 힘쓰라

So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him.

 

3.실마리/ 그 밖의 어려운 질문들에 대하여 어떻게 대답할 수 있습니까?

 

예수 그리스도가 더디 오심을 어떻게 생각해야 합니까? 예수 그리스도의 오래 참으심으로 말미암아 구원이 된 줄로 여겨야 합니다. 마지막 날에 대하여 알기 어려운 것이 있으면 어떻게 해야 합니까? 억지로 풀다가 스스로 멸망에 이르지 말아야 합니다.

-> 예수 그리스도의 오래 참으심으로 말미암아 ( 구원 )이 된 줄로 여겨야 합니다.

(벧후 3:15) 또 우리 주의 오래 참으심이 구원이 될 줄로 여기라 우리가 사랑하는 형제 바울도 그 받은 지혜대로 너희에게 이같이 썼고 

Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him.

 

2)마지막 날에 대하여 알기 어려운 것이 있으면 어떻게 해야 합니까?

->( 억지로 ) 풀다가 스스로 ( 멸망 )에 이르지 말아야 합니다.

(벧후 3:16) 또 그 모든 편지에도 이런 일에 관하여 말하였으되 그 중에 알기 어려운 것이 더러 있으니 무식한 자들과 굳세지 못한 자들이 다른 성경과 같이 그것도 억지로 풀다가 스스로 멸망에 이르느니라

He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

 

4.복음제시/ 베드로가 예수 그리스도의 재림에 대하여 미리 알려준 이유가 무엇입니까?

 

베드로가 육신의 장막을 벗기 전에 예수 그리스도의 재림에 대하여 미리 알려준 이유가 무엇입니까? 미혹한 자들의 미혹에 이끌려 굳센 데서 떨어지지 않도록 하기 위함입니다. 그리고 구주 예수 그리스도의 은혜와 그를 아는 지식에서 자라나게 하기 위함입니다.

 

1)미혹한 자들의 미혹에 이끌려 굳센 데서 ( 떨어질까 ) 삼가하기 위해서입니다.

(벧후 3:17) 그러므로 사랑하는 자들아 너희가 이것을 미리 알았은즉 무법한 자들의 미혹에 이끌려 너희가 굳센 데서 떨어질까 삼가라

Therefore, dear friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawless men and fall from your secure position.

 

2)구주 예수 그리스도의 은혜와 그를 아는 지식에서 ( 자라 가게 ) 하기 위함입니다.

(벧후 3:18) 오직 우리 주 곧 구주 예수 그리스도의 은혜와 그를 아는 지식에서 자라 가라 영광이 이제와 영원한 날까지 그에게 있을지어다

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

 

5.결론/ 베드로후서 3장은 다시 오실 예수 그리스도에 대한 메시지입니다.

 

사랑하는 열방성도 여러분, 주의 재림을 바라보고 간절히 사모합시다. 거룩한 행실과 경건함으로 바라보며 기다립시다. 주의 약속을 따라 의가 있는 곳인 새 하늘과 새 땅을 바라보며 기다립시다. 주 앞에서 점도 없고, 흠도 없이 평강 가운데서 나타나기를 힘씁시다. 예수 그리스도의 오래 참으심은 구원이 된 줄로 여깁시다. 그리고 마지막 날에 대하여 알기 어려운 것이 있으면 억지로 풀다가 스스로 멸망에 이르지 맙시다. 베드로가 육신의 장막을 벗기 전에 이렇게 예수의 재림을 미리 알려주는 이유는 이러합니다. 첫째, 미혹한 자들의 미혹에 이끌려 굳센 데서 떨어질까 삼가하기 위해서이고, 둘째, 구주 에수 그리스도의 은혜와 그를 아는 지식에서 자라나게 하기 위함입니다. 아무쪼록 베드로후서 3장의 말씀을 통해 예수 그리스도의 재림을 사모하고 기다리는 모든 열방가족들이 되시기를 소망합니다.

Two Purposes for Peter Foretelling the Second Coming of Jesus Christ!

(2 Peter 3:10-18)

 

1.Conflict Discovery / How does the Day of the Lord come?

 

(2 Peter 3:10a) "But the day of the Lord will come like a thief..."

 

What will the Second Coming of Jesus Christ look like? At the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, everything will be dissolved. Matter and the heavens will be dissolved in intense fire. Here, the word "dissolved" means "destroy" or "destruction" in English. Everything will be destroyed. How should Christians greet the day of God? We should look forward to it and earnestly long for it.

 

(Question) What will it look like when Jesus Christ returns?

 

1)Everything will be (destroyed) and all deeds will be (laid bare).

 

(2 Peter 3:10b-12) "...The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat."

 

(Question) How should we greet the day of God?

How should we look forward to and earnestly long for the day of God? We should look forward to and long for it with holy conduct and godliness. And we should look forward to the new heaven and new earth, where righteousness dwells, according to the promise of the Lord. And we should strive to be found spotless, blameless, and at peace with Him.

 

1) We should look forward to and long for it with (holy) conduct and godliness.

3.Key Points / How can we answer other difficult questions?

 

How should we think about the delay in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ? We should consider the patience of Jesus Christ as leading to salvation. If there are difficult things to understand about the last days, we should not distort them to our own destruction.

-> We should not distort them to our own (destruction).

4.Presentation of the Gospel / Why did Peter foretell the Second Coming of Jesus Christ?

Why did Peter foretell the Second Coming of Jesus Christ before he put off the tent of his body? It was to prevent us from being led astray by the error of lawless men and falling from our secure position. And it was to help us grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

(2 Peter 3:17) "Therefore, dear friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawless men and fall from your secure position."

5.Conclusion / 2 Peter 3 is a message about the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

 

 

Dear saints of the nations, let us look forward to and earnestly long for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Let us wait for it with holy conduct and godliness. Let us wait while looking forward to the new heaven and new earth, where righteousness dwells, according to His promise. Let us strive to be found spotless, blameless, and at peace with Him. Let us consider the patience of Jesus Christ as leading to salvation. And let us not distort difficult things to understand about the last days to our own destruction. The reason Peter foretold the Second Coming of Jesus before he put off the tent of his body is this. First, it is to prevent us from being led astray by the error of lawless men and falling from our secure position. Second, it is to help us grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I hope that through the words of 2 Peter 3, all the family of nations will long for and wait for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

1.베드로후서 3:10-18은 예수 그리스도의 다시 오심에 대한 이야기를 기록하고 있습니다.

저는 말씀을 묵상하고 관찰하면서 6가지 발견한 깨달음을 정리하여 보았습니다.

 

1)주의 날은 도둑 같이 오고, 그 날에는 모든 일이 드러납니다.

 

모든 것이 드러나기에 우리는 거룩한 행실과 경건함으로 하나님의 날을 바라보고 간절히 사모해야 하며, 예수의 약속대로 의가 있는 곳인 새하늘과 새땅을 바라보아야 합니다.

2.예수 그리스도가 오실 때 모든 것이 드러나게 되는데, 우리는 어떻게 예수 그리스도의 재림을 맞이해야 할까 고민해 보았습니다.

 

1.힘써야 합니다.

 

예수 그리스도가 다시 오실 때, 예수 앞에 당당하게 나타나려면 점도 없고 gaeh 없이 평강 가운데서 나타나기를 히써야 합니다.

 

(벧후 3:14) 그러므로 사랑하는 자들아 너희가 이것을 바라보나니 주 앞에서 점도 없고 흠도 없이 평강 가운데서 나타나기를 힘쓰라 

So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him.

 

2.여겨야 합니다.

 

예수께서 마치 늦게 오시는 것처럼 느끼는 사람이 있다면, 예수께서 늦으시는 것이 아니라, 우리 모두를 구원하기 위하여 오래 참으심으로 여겨야 합니다.

 

(벧후 3:15) 또 우리 주의 오래 참으심이 구원이 될 줄로 여기라 우리가 사랑하는 형제 바울도 그 받은 지혜대로 너희에게 이같이 썼고

3.삼가해야 합니다.

 

예수께서 오실 때가 다가왔기에 흠도 없이 점도 없이 주앞에 설 수 있도록 힘써야 하고, 또 예수께서 오심이 늦게 오시는 것이 아니라, 제 시간에 오시는 것으로 여겨야 한다면, 이 모든 것을 알게 된 우리는 무법한 자들의 미혹에 이끌려 떨어질까 삼가해야 합니다.

 

(벧후 3:17) 그러므로 사랑하는 자들아 너희가 이것을 미리 알았은즉 무법한 자들의 미혹에 이끌려 너희가 굳센 데서 떨어질까 삼가라

4.자라 가야 합니다.

 

떨어질까 삼가하는데서 더 나아가 예수 그리스도를 아는 지식에서 자라 가야 합니다.

 

(벧후 3:18) 오직 우리 주 곧 구주 예수 그리스도의 은혜와 그를 아는 지식에서 자라 가라 영광이 이제와 영원한 날까지 그에게 있을지어다

아무쪼록 베드로후서 1,2,3장의 말씀을 결론을 맺는 이번 주 주일설교를 통해 다시오실 예수님을 기대하며 기다리는 기쁨을 전함과 동시에, 더불어서 이 진리를 위하여 힘쓰고, 여기고, 삼가하고, 자라 나는 저와 모든 열방성도들이 되기를 소망합니다.
